Concrete sealing helps protect against moisture, stains, UV damage, and everyday wear while extending the life of the surface. It also helps protect your investment by reducing water penetration that can contribute to damage during freeze-thaw cycles. During the winter months, concrete naturally expands and contracts as temperatures fluctuate. A quality sealer helps reduce moisture absorption, which can lessen the effects of these seasonal changes and help prolong the life of your concrete.
We use a professional-grade concrete sealer containing approximately 30% solids. This is a significantly higher amount than the concrete sealers typically available at big box stores. The higher solids content helps create a thicker, more durable protective barrier that provides longer-lasting protection for your concrete. We also follow our supplier’s application guidelines and apply the sealer as heavily as possible without allowing it to puddle. This helps maximize protection and gives our customers the longest possible service life from their sealer.
Most sealers last between 2–4 years depending on weather exposure and traffic.
Yes. Proper cleaning is essential for the sealer to bond correctly and provide long-lasting protection.
Most surfaces can be walked on within 2-4 hours and driven on within 24 hours from the time of application.
Most homes should have their gutters cleaned twice per year, typically in the spring and fall.
Clean gutters help prevent water damage, foundation issues, roof leaks, and landscape erosion.
Yes. We check downspouts and clear blockages whenever possible to restore proper water flow.
No. As long as we have access to the gutters, you do not need to be present.
Neglecting clogged gutters can cause a serious domino effect of damage to your home. When leaves and debris block the water flow, the gutters will eventually fill up and hold standing water.
Yes. We offer exterior-only and interior/exterior window cleaning services.
Our standard window cleaning service includes cleaning the glass only. We clean each window by hand using professional tools and techniques, including a mop, squeegee, microfiber towels for detailing and edge work, and terry towels to wipe up any drips during the cleaning process. Window screens, frames, and sills can also be cleaned upon request. Since the amount of time and labor required can vary from home to home, these services may be quoted separately if they were not included in the original estimate.
Most homeowners schedule window cleaning every 6–12 months, depending on their preferences and surroundings. However, some customers choose more frequent cleanings. For example, homeowners with sunrooms or large amounts of glass often schedule service every 2–3 months to keep their windows looking their best. The ideal schedule simply depends on your home’s needs and personal preference.
Rain alone typically does not make clean windows dirty. Dirt, pollen, and other contaminants already on the glass are usually what cause spotting. Professionally cleaned windows typically remain clean after rainfall.
No. We use the proper equipment and cleaning methods for each surface to ensure a safe and effective cleaning.
No. We take precautions before, during, and after the cleaning process to protect your landscaping and pets. Before applying any cleaning solution, we thoroughly wet down all surrounding plants, grass, and landscaping. After the cleaning is complete, we perform a thorough rinse of the entire area, taking our time to ensure everything is properly flushed and protected.
A house wash is designed to clean the exterior surfaces of your home and remove dirt, algae, mold, mildew, spider webs, and other organic buildup. Unlike traditional high-pressure cleaning, we use a low-pressure soft washing process that allows our cleaning solutions to do the work. This method safely cleans your home’s exterior without relying on excessive pressure that could potentially damage siding, window seals, painted surfaces, and other delicate materials. Depending on your home’s construction and needs, a house wash include the exterior of gutters, soffits, fascia, window frames, siding, brick surfaces, front entry columns, porch ceilings, and other exterior surfaces that require cleaning. Every home is different, so the exact scope of work will be discussed during your estimate.
In addition to house washing, we clean driveways, sidewalks, patios, pool decks, fences, retaining walls, and many other exterior surfaces around your property.
Most homes benefit from professional cleaning every 1–2 years, depending on dirt, algae growth, and surrounding trees.
Many oil stains can be significantly improved or removed, although results vary depending on the age and severity of the stain.
Yes. Our roof washing process uses a specialized cleaning solution with zero pressure at the roof surface, so the solution does the work rather than the water pressure. This is the method recommended by asphalt shingle manufacturers, and it eliminates algae, mold, and mildew without the risk of damage that high-pressure washing can cause.
Those streaks are typically algae, mold, mildew, or moss that build up over time. Left untreated, this organic growth retains moisture against the roof and can gradually damage roofing materials, shortening the lifespan of your shingles. Regular roof cleaning removes this growth and helps protect your investment.
No. Before we begin, we thoroughly wet all surrounding landscaping, vegetation, and areas where gutter downspouts discharge. We continue rinsing and watering these areas throughout the cleaning process and perform a final thorough rinse once each section is complete, so your landscaping and surrounding surfaces stay protected.
